ADMISSION PROCEDURE

List of Documents to be attached to registration form : -

1-	Date of Birth Certificate of previous institution studied.
2-	Birth Certificate (in case of fresh admission). (a) Nagar Palika (b) Gram Pradhan
3-	Photo copy of current class result card attested by the principal of the institution. (at the time of enterance examination original result card has to be produced).
4-	(a) Two passport size photograph of the child and one photograph each of parent (Mother & Father)or guardians (any 2 relatives). (b) Identity card is issued for the safety of ward, therefore the child will only be allowed to leave with those two people whose photograph is submitted, Any other person will not be entertained what so ever.

Rules and Regulation : -

	Students of St.Paul's School are required to observe rules of discipline. After fulfilling admission formalities, parents are required to fill a form of the proctorial department and sublit it to the school office so that an identity card can be duly issued. Every child seeking admission to St. Paul's will be required to observe the following rules strictly.
1-	Students shall show due courtesy and regards to the teachers, staff member fellow students.
2-	No students shall visit places declared "out of bound" for students.
3-	Every student should compulsory bring his/her Identity card issued.
4-	If any student is found causing damage to the school property equipment will be liable to disciplinary action.
5-	Any students coming with proper uniform will not be allowed to enter in the class.

Notes : -

If any student is found guilty of breaching any of the above mentioned rules shall be liable to face one or more of the following punishments.

(A) A fine of Rs.50.

(B) Suspension for One week from classes.

Attendance : -

(1) It is mandatory to have 75% of attendance to be eligible to appear in the Annual examination. No student will be informed personally about the attendance.

(2) Intimaton to the parents and a display on the notice board shall be deemed sufficient.

(3) To get the attendance condoned due to illiness it will be mandatory to enclose a medical certificate.
